Wow what an amazing day it is and I truly feel so blessed to be in these shoes. Question for you have you ever had even a little bit of success in something and then you did something else and stopped doing what had helped you create success? Sounds like a pretty stupid thing to do doesn’t it? Yeah I feel pretty stupid just kidding, NOT! I’m just glad to be back to doing what did create the success for me. it’s really like the Parable of the Talents in the bible, to sum it up if you don’t use your talent it will be taken away from you.

What’s This All About…
…It’s all about for years I had been serving the home based business industry and specifically my teams in the past through a live training called OJT or On The Job Training, that was given that name by one of my mentors and friends I love named Tom Challan. I worked hard at this skill of prospecting and recruiting by listening in to several live OJT calls myself, going to several live trainings that taught me even more skills that helped me refine and get better. It got to the point of mastering the skill or prospecting and recruiting. Through mastering that skill I took the initiative to have my own OJT calls and help other people understand the psychology and simplicity behind calling prospects and enrolling new team members as well as customers.

What’s This Going To Do For Me?
You must understand people have needs big time when they are requesting information about working from home or your service. Some just want to make a few hundred dollars extra per month some want to get back to the income they were accustomed to because they maybe lost a career some need to have the product or service that you offer. Regardless whatever they want to do doesn’t matter, it’s about what you want to help them do and what you want yourself and I am here to help you get better, I am not THE source but I am a source and I know what I’m doing because I’ve done it for years. I look forward to serving you while this is a free service because you never know when this service may turn into a paid service. Just like one of my mentors, we received a training service for free for years and benefited GREATLY, now it is a paid service and worth every penny but I think we all like free so take advantage.

Lets just start out with the definition of growing pains – Pains in the limbs and joints of children or adolescents, often attributed to rapid growth but arising from various unrelated causes.
