“Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of all?” The mirror answered-. “Thou, O Queen, art the fairest of all,”. Well in case you haven’t seen Snow White or read the book or maybe you did and are naive, you didn’t know but I will inform you that the mirror was lying it’s behind off.  A lot of us sit around looking for others to make us feel special and tell us what we want to hear versus the truth, when I believe a lot of times we know what the truth is. A real friend isn’t going to sugar coat something when we ask an opinion or ask something in regards to what we are doing. However even what a friend tells us doesn’t mean it’s right because that friend may not be fully informed on what you are asking their opinion about.

Looking in the mirror is a good thing and not for model vanity purposes. We just need to be honest with ourselves when it comes to wanting to make improvements in our life. Maybe it’s a health issue that you want to improve, are you giving it your best shot because the mirrors not talking unless it’s you doing the talking.  Is it a financial change that you want to take place? If it is either health or financial then the mirror is a good thing if you will be honest.   That is key will you be honest?

What all good models have is a good mentor, now there you go thinking I mean a beauty model but the definitions of a model is
1. A small object, usually built to scale, that represents in detail another, often larger object.
2.  a. A preliminary work or construction that serves as a plan from which a final product is to be made: a clay model ready for casting.
b. Such a work or construction used in testing or perfecting a final product: a test model of a solar-powered vehicle.
3. A schematic description of a system, theory, or phenomenon that accounts for its known or inferred properties and may be used for further study of its characteristics: a model of generative grammar; a model of an atom; an economic model.
4. A style or design of an item: My car is last year’s model.
5. One serving as an example to be imitated or compared: a model of decorum.
6. One that serves as the subject for an artist, especially a person employed to pose for a painter, sculptor, or photographer.
7. A person employed to display merchandise, such as clothing or cosmetics.

So as you look in the mirror what or who are you modeling because in our line of business when it comes to Network Marketing we have the opportunity to model after others who are having success both health and financial. Are you following the plan, are you imitating, are you looking at the comparison, are you being the display that others can copy?

It’s okay if the answer is no, because the mirror like I was saying can be a good thing if you will be honest, there is all sorts of good models and good examples and good mentors that can help sculpt you into the finished product you would like to become. What you have to decide is if you will put the blame where it should go (point at mirror) instead of blaming everyone else. We have to take responsibility, that is one great thing I have noticed for years when it comes to great champions who have won and also with the same champions who have lost, whether it’s a team sport or individual sport they do not blame their teammates or staff, they accept responsibility.  Especially when things don’t go right and they also give credit to others when things go right. Don’t forget where you came from, always understand that you can improve in life no matter how old or young.  Just look for the people you would like to model your life after and take action, because actions speak louder then saying mirror mirror on the wall and THE TRUTH WILL MAKE YOU FREE.   My friends the mirror can be a really good thing if you accept what you see and improve what you can, there are a lot of other people waiting for you to be a good model for them, take action now.

Dedicated To Your Success,

P.S. If this post was of value to you then re-post it through social media so others can get the value of the mirror and also post a comment below we always love to hear what others think and believe.

We are all humans and sometimes things don’t happen the way we want them too.  I’m going to give you two real examples I saw and experienced this weekend of what I felt and really know was the wrong thing to do also what was the right thing to do.

The wrong thing happened when I was on the plane I was walking towards the back of the plane when I passed a lady flight attendant being reamed and completely embarrassed in front of that section of people.  This was happening all because of her making a mistake and not getting a garbage bag for a lady that was acting more like a snooty little girl.  The attendant was apologizing sincerely…until she was pushed passed the point with the snooty we’ll continue to call her girl when she said Continue Reading

I couldn’t imagine how he felt standing before the judge getting ready to find out how long he would have to serve because of his conviction, some say it would be 25 to life, CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?  That is horrible.  But is it really…well of course it is that’s nothing to wonder about at all.

But really right now many of you are serving life and a lot of you don’t even know it, you are at a job that you can’t stand, around negative co-workers, away from your kids missing the most important times of their life, no time for your spouse that you once loved so much.  You are convicted of your own life sentence!  So as a reminder I wanted to point out being convicted can be a great thing, now you probably think this Madiba guy is LOCO ;-) if he thinks that, but seriously.  It’s a matter of what type of things you are serving a conviction for.  You see in your business that can change generations and your life you must be convicted about what you’re doing.  In the matter of being convicted and going to jail you have no options.  You are going to serve that sentence or die that’s the only way out and I’m sure you would agree death isn’t going to help your loved ones out.  Many of you need to be convicted on where you are going and understand you have no options once you are convicted.  You can’t let someone talk you out of doing what you are supposed to do, remember when convicted you have no options!  Conviction is what will make you find away to make it across the country to an event that you don’t really have the money for, conviction will make you find a way to cross the line to that one of many races that this life will take us through.  Conviction is absolute certainty like you turning a light off and someone trying to convince you that it’s on even though it’s pitch black and you both can’t see.

You MUST have conviction, you must be convicted and make an unwavering decision to do what it takes for you to win in your business.  If you let someone change your decision you might as well do 25 to life like so many people outside of jail are doing on a daily basis.  So many people right now are thinking if this is all that life has to offer then it ain’t worth living.  They have given up and that is sad but you have an option to be that light that can help them see, so be convicted of the direction you are going let people hear the conviction in your voice.  When you do this no one will mess with you and if they do they surely won’t change your mind.  So that being said if you are going to be convicted and serve a life sentence, serve a life sentence that is worth living where you decide what you want to do, where you want to go and who you want to go with and unlike jail you do have options.

Dedicated To Your Success,

Madiba

Well if you’ve been reading my blog for a while now you know that I don’t like to sugar coat things and if this is your first time reading a post of mine, I hope you will find it as a breath of fresh air to your life.  One of my mentors that is about total life satisfaction and not just finances albeit she is worth millions and very well off, use to remind us that “conformity breeds content”.  I have a couple of definitions of conformity for you ~is the act of matching attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors to what individuals perceive is normal of their society or social group.  is a type of social influence involving a change in belief or behavior in order to fit in with a group. Content~accept as adequate despite wanting more or better.  So what was meant by the wake up call statement of conformity breeds content is that most of us walk through life living it by default instead of by design, we tend to settle for the status quo.  If you are reading this post right now you are definitely in different shoes or giving it your best shot to put on a new pair of shoes because the other ones are getting very uncomfortable.

Don’t Stay Where You Know You Shouldn’t
But literally folks the comfort zone is not a good place to stay, look at some of the cliche’ statements out there in life like “No Pain, No Gain!” or “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!” Those sayings and tons of others are something you’ve heard for a reason they are purpose driven and at this point in your life they resonate with you much more then before. These words have meaning now, so don’t take them lightly and understand that your journey to greatness which despite what anyone tells you, you were designed and destined for. It is going to be an uncomfortable change but you need to BREAK THROUGH!  The difference of breakthrough and failure is usually so small, like this powerful quote from Thomas Edison “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”

The comfort zone is a horrible thing it may be stopping your breakthrough in a relationship because maybe you were taught it’s okay for someone to be abusive physically or mentally, maybe you were teased your whole life and so you find it normal.  HELL NO THAT’S NOT NORMAL AND IT SURE AIN’T OKAY!  Maybe you are just comfortable with barely getting by financially on a month to month basis.  The comfort zone my friends reading this right now is not the place to be, the comfort zone is what plenty of my elders that I have interviewed say is the reason later on in life people have so much regret.  Do you want to live a life of regret or do you want to live a purpose driven life where you make uncomfortable changes, that allow you to live an uncommon life that you can share with others that will allow them to get out of their rut?  Today you have a decision to make, matter of fact right now you have a decision to make like one of my mentors said “Either I’m going to live my life according to the circumstances I’ve got in front of me, or I’m going to live it according to where I wanna go, which one will you pick!” ~ Dani Johnson

You can do this my friends you can have the breakthrough that you really want in life please stop settling I feel tears welling up in my eyes because I want it so bad for you even if I don’t know you, I believe in you, I know you can do it. Because when I was at that lonely and low place in life someone believed in me more then I did myself. So step out in faith because FAITH sees the invisible, believes the incredible, & receives what others think is impossible. This year will go by, this month will go by, the week, the day, the hour, the minute and the second will all go by, so make a decision to go in the direction you really want to right now. You can breakthrough, so don’t any longer let the comfort zone stop your breakthrough, you can do it. Below I’ve posted a video of one of my mentors that I kept speaking in regards to and I think this clip itself can make a difference for you starting your breakthrough journey right now so ENJOY!

Madiba
