Hey there. my name is Madiba Thompson and I’m a prospecting, recruiting and personal development coach in the home business industry. So first, a little bit about me
I thank Jesus for everything first of all! I grew up in Keizer, Oregon with my mother because my dad like a clown when I was younger like kindergarten abandoned ship. That was pretty hard because I really liked being with him, but it turned out great because it really drove me to want to do great things for my kids that I was to have. However I would strive for the wrong attention in school always a clown in class and after graduation no plans at all to attend college, so I didn’t and I was forced to believe the I will fail because I didn’t, yeah whatever.
My First Introduction To The Home Business World…
So at the age of 19 I was introduced to the home business industry and received my first dose of major excitement when I was exposed to the concept of 1% of 100 people. That really resonated with me and I was taught some incredible life lessons. However I also lost some great relationships because I was taught to front load people with a ton of products I’m talking really selling hype to the tune of sticking people with $5,000 to $20,000 worth of products OUCH!! SO I QUIT and didn’t know really what would compare with the rush of not having to do everything on my own when it came to generating income.
This pushed me to do some serious soul searching…
The same friend that introduced me to the industry who to this day is still a brother to me, suggested I get into the car business and get paid what I’m worth. I respected him because I was young and he was consistently making $10,000 plus per month so I did. I stuck in that paid what your worth banana in the tailpipe industry for over 12 years. Started having kids 4 beautiful babies pictured above and had no time for them as a result. I was consistently working long hours and I realized this wasn’t going to get me the kind of lifestyle I wanted for my family by exchanging time for dollars. Like I said I was blessed to be introduced to the work from home industry at the age of 19, I struggled, made some money, but I didn’t understand what I had a hold of in this kind of business when I gave up.
The Teacher Appeared Because The Student Was Ready
It was just under 3 years ago when I was shown the power of this industry again from my same partner that showed me almost 15 years ago. I remembered something that always stuck with me to this day, I’d rather have 1% of 100 people’s efforts, rather then 100% of my own. So I dove back in but… this time I was introduced to a trainer that changed my complete life and in just over 2 months from the skills and development I was taught, I quit my job and have now been working full time from home on a part time basis since December of 2006.
My Life Now (Not Bragging)…
My friends I get to do the things most parents don’t, like attending my kiddo’s field trips, hanging out with them at class and spending all summer with them. All while other parents are at work or stressed because they are out of work due to the economy and really all they are doing is what we were taught our whole lives was right. I don’t say these things to brag, I say them to let you know it wasn’t magic, it was training that made the difference and it can for you also, if you truly want it, put the effort in and if you will work for it, it will happen.
My Role…
Now, I have such a major desire to help others see just how dog gone powerful they are inside and the potential they have to impact others lives as well. I see the state of our economy and planet right now… And it’s time to create a major shift. There are way too many people right now who live in fear and are completely unaware of what they truly have to offer. They settle in life… They settle for an unfulfilling job, they settle for a smaller dream circle because of the financial circle that shrunk, they settle for mediocrity, and they live lives of quiet desperation…
Well it’s time to wake up the people! I want to do my part to spread the Truth of our existence… Because I have a daddy in heaven who is the major force and can make things happen you don’t even imagine… We are all connected beings who deserve to be happy, fulfilled, and FREE. We are so much more than most people know themselves to be… And the more you investigate your own self within, the more you will see how beautiful, perfect and powerful you are. We are all creating our own realities with every thought, action, and feeling whether we know it or not. So I just want to help as many people as possible see that they have the power through Christ to change their own lives around…

How late at night do you take calls?
Hi Mark thanks for asking but I don’t live in the hype world. This system I’m using is exploding my team right now and you don’t have to be partnered with me to use it, you can use it in your current business I’m not sure if you will yield the same results, may be better, may be worst but bottom line it works. The reason I made this blog Mark is to help everyone in the industry that would like help that’s why I let people outside of my business listen to my live on the job training calls.
