I’m up it’s not super early it’s about 6 am and honestly, fortunately I don’t have to get up this early
. But I was awoken by this strong desire to speak to you directly and I hope no one takes offense but rather looks deep into what they have been doing by settling for the average quo. If we want change we must be willing to do what others aren’t willing to do so lets tell it in a story.
“How is that girl with that guy?” simple he took action, wasn’t intimidated and the rest is history. I read an article not to long ago that spoke about how some or what most consider beautiful people like me
just kidding, but seriously funny thing is most people are so scared to talk to someone considered drop dead gorgeous is what these people were saying. WHY? A stigma that you are only suppose to talk to someone who is similar to you and that unfortunately is a roadblock we put up with almost our entire life. Like we are inadequate. This sometimes stems from lack of encouragement as a child, maybe from a parent or sibling who went through this, to school days, to becoming an adult and thinking we need to brown nose someone who is unworthy and take the short end of the stick. Just plain settling for what scraps are placed in front of us, WOOHOO a .25 cent raise for standard of living, I’ve been waiting for this and I’m so excited .25 cents. Really?
COME ON PEOPLE!!!
Almost everyone is willing to do what everyone else is doing that’s why they say if we took all the wealth and money out of the financially affluent people’s hands and put it into 98% of the populations hands, within a ridiculously short period of time it would be right back over to the ones that created the wealth. This should have you excited because all it means is when you know how to do something you can do it over and over again.
What Others Aren’t Willing To Do
Are you willing to get up earlier to take actions on improving your skill, or stay up later to do the same? Are you willing to fire your friends and hire some new ones. What about actually increasing your knowledge by learning from people with proven track records. Are you willing to sacrifice financially, emotionally, physically and be pushed spiritually through the battle that says YOU CAN’T DO IT, THAT’S NOT FOR YOU, YOU’RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Are you willing to TAKE ACTION, too learn the things that may cost you not just monetarily but in the end of the learning of that skill can increase your value to the marketplace? I hope so! Lets look at our armed services these guys are the epidemy of action takers and with massive sacrifice like leaving family, missing their newborns birth, or first steps or first words and leaving long time friends but learning how to properly follow directions because without the direction and precise steps these men and women are at war and can die! But they die with dignity they die fighting for something that we’ve had for a long time and that’s FREEDOM. Now I’m not willing to get into the armed forces myself but I am willing to take advantage of the true freedom and capitalism that they go to war for and die for daily.
What Are You Willing To Do?
I look at some of my mentors and close friends like Dani Johnson, Tom Challan, Jefferson Santos and Nate Ridgeway they all struggled, sacrificed, took action and the problem with most people is we see the shiny after not the scars before. No silver spoons here with us just determination, action, willingness, action, dedication, action, tenacity, action, submission, action, never give up and more action and the end result is we do what others aren’t willing to do, will you?

Madiba,
Awesome, awesome blog and very fitting video…if this doesn’t tug at the heart, nothing will. I wish more people had the mentality as the injured runner…it’s not that he finished first, it’s that he finished the race. Much like we experience in life and this crazy business called direct sales; don’t give up, keep moving forward, have a positive/can do attitude and all will work out. Thanks for the great post and life’s reminder to do what others aren’t willing to do….
That’s it Scott, tortoise and the hare, it’s all about finishing the individual race and all will work out.
