There is a simple process to generating consistent enrollments in any business you are involved with, the key is have an S on your chest. LOL JUST KIDDING I have been blessed to be a top enroller in the industry. The reason this has happened is through consistent training and more importantly an hour in the field beats one thousand hours in the classroom, but great coaching is definitely the key to my success. (Be A Doer Not Just A Hearer)
The importance and how I recruit high numbers monthly is consistency and persistence however that is not all but that is critical when doing the correct steps in what I’m going to breakdown here for you.
This is much easier then most think and as you do it more, like anything you will get better.
- Talk to people that request information about working from home either through purchasing leads, driving traffic specifically to you or whatever way you want bottom line is you talk to people. All I do is direct those people to a simple message either a sizzle call, web presentation, live webinar, dvd etc…
- I then set an appointment for follow up (VERY IMPORTANT TIP) you are a professional business developer and are busy, people will respect that and your time is very valuable so treat your time as it is valuable.
- When I follow up I ask some very simple questions finding out what they liked about what they saw or heard, if the business is for them great if not that is fine too.
- The next step when you find out that the people are wanting to join you in your business venture you must say “Welcome aboard, how do you want your name spelled on your checks” assume the close assume they are ready to get started. Most people fall off here and don’t ask the closing questions. Here’s a great cliche’ my mom use to say, “a closed mouth doesn’t get fed.”
But it boils down to this when you know why people want to work from home you have a solution with your business I didn’t say the solution but you have a solution.
Treat your business like a business and not a hobby and it will reward you like a business.

P.S. It can’t be that simple? Well I don’t know all I know is it does work and I consistently recruit large numbers into any business I choose to enroll people into.
P.P.S Let us know some tactics and techniques you use when prospecting and recruiting we would love to hear what you do or even your honest opinion on this post.

Congrats Madiba! Looks like you’re doing great things buddy.
Kudos to you for your great success this month! Like you said, “Treat your business as a business…” and ask the closing questions. So many people forget or are afraid to ask those closing questions.
Another key point is to talk to a LOT of people CONSISTENTLY. If you only present to 15 people a month, your business will grow in a trickle. If you present to 30 people a month, it will flow in. When you present to 45 people a month—build an ark and get ready for a flood!

Thanks for your post. Most of us just have to focus and do the work, burn the bridge to a comfort zone and do what it takes to build our business. Not having to depend on another for our financial future is so powerful. Glad to be associated with you Madiba, you lead by example.
