Leaders Step Out On Faith, Are You?

Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said,
“Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.” Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” and he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go.”

Do you understand the power here, Jesus had Faith which is really believing without seeing and calling something out as though it already exists. Now lets get down to some more business, do you understand when someone starts their business we all start from the same level, granted some people may have more skills dealing with people, some may have more contacts and some more enthusiasm. The most important thing you can do is know that you know that you know that your business will work for you and don’t let anyone allow you to waiver from that FAITH.

Let me help you out, this is how you can and should see yourself for one have fun this isn’t stressville. You are a major recruiter or talent scout, a nationwide leader for a multi million dollar company which your company you work with is. I mean would you even act timid in that type of a position of authority? Nope of course not your business works, products work, you are the variable that has to have Faith like leaders do and understand all the people with the head start in skills and ability you can catch up to and pass. I’d much rather have someone with work ethic then all the talent in the world.

This being said You, Leader, Step Out On Faith because it works just the same as not having faith you either do or don’t and don’t don’t pay.
